Description
The San Diego State University is recognized as the leader
of the system of state universities of California and
as one of the best and more complete universities in the
US west coast. As a part of SDSU, the American Language
Institute can offer to its students many benefits, including
the access to the facilities of the SDSU.
Lodging
The students can accommodate in the university dorms of
the SDSU campus, in apartments near the university or
in the house of an American family.
Academics
The American Language Institute includes two continuous
intensive programs. The English for Academic Purposes
program prepares the students who plan to continue in
a US university, providing them the academic and English
skills which are necessary to obtain its objectives. The
Intensive English Communications program is for students
who do not plan to enter a US university, but that wish
to improve their skills with the language for immediate
use. The Special Programs courses are offered as intensive
programs, of short term, individual or for groups.
Activities
Many excursions to popular attractions like Disneyland,
Hollywood and the San Diego Zoo are programmed regularly,
as well as visits to the stores and local factories.
