Lodging In San Diego, Sprachcaffe
offers lodging in apartments (single or double rooms,
with kitchen and bathroom, categorized according to location
and equipment); in 3 Stars Hotels (single or double rooms),
or in family houses where the students lodge with carefully
selected families, in single or shared rooms, with half
board regime: breakfast and supper.
Academic
The training center of Sprachcaffe
San Diego – English School is located in a high
and modern building, with conditioned air and wonderful
views of the city. It’s located few minutes away
of the main commercial district in Horton Plaza and of
the historical Gaslamp District. The courses are: Standard
(4 daily lessons, 20 per week) or Intensive (6 daily lessons,
30 per week). It also offers preparatory Courses for TOEFL
and TOECIC, and a one-to-one course, of 20 or 30 lessons
per week of custom-built education. The maximum of students
per class is 12.
Activities
The school offers cultural and recreational activities
in the afternoons and nights. Among the visits that can
be made, are those to Balboa Park, plenty of museums,
art galleries and a theater; the Cabrillo National Monument,
in the tip of the Punta Loma, with an impressive view
of the bay and San Bernadino mountains. For those that
love to go out at night, the city offers an attractive
nightlife. There are also trips to Tijuana and Ensenada,
in the Mexican border. Ensenada is a fishermen Mexican
village and a recreation point for the Californians. And
don’t forget that Los Angeles is just 3 hours away
of San Diego.
